Experience

1. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a data science or analytics role, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
2. Expertise in developing and implementing machine learning models at scale, including model training, evaluation, and deployment.
3. Strong knowledge of advanced statistical techniques, experimental design, and hypothesis testing.
4. Experience with medical imaging, big data technologies, and cloud platforms would be highly beneficial.

Educational Qualification:

Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, statistics, or data science.

Skillset required:

• Extensive experience in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data mining, with expertise in applying these techniques to solve real-world problems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and strong knowledge of relevant ML libraries and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
• Strong understanding of advanced machine learning techniques, including image segmentation, one-shot learning, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior data scientists.

Role and responsibility:

• Lead and drive the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models and algorithms for complex data analysis projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists, assisting them in model development, evaluation, and optimization.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and formulate data-driven strategies and solutions.
• Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and statistical modeling to extract valuable insights and support decision-making.
• Communicate complex findings and methodologies effectively to non-technical stakeholders through visualizations, reports, and presentations.
